The Create-Your-Own Org Fair Poster session will take place on Friday, January 16, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM in the Student Center’s Center for Student Engagement (3108 Conference Room, 3rd Floor). This hands-on workshop is designed to help student organizations prepare visually compelling promotional materials ahead of Org Fair.

During the session, all necessary supplies will be provided, allowing participants to focus fully on creativity and design. Attendees will receive guided support throughout the process as they work alongside their teammates to craft eye-catching posters that effectively represent their organizations. These sessions are especially impactful when multiple officers attend together, encouraging collaboration and shared vision.

Participants are encouraged to RSVP on Engage to secure their spot and stay updated on event details. After each session, attendees will also be asked to provide feedback to help improve future programming.
