Dökk blends light, sound, and movement into a breathtaking, multi-dimensional universe created by fuse*, an Italian studio and production company that explores the creative use of digital technologies. Aerial dancer Elena Annovi moves through a sequence of ten other-worldly environments created by software that synthesizes data from social media, the sound score, the dancer’s heartbeat, and her movements. Each stop on her journey illuminates the beauty created in response to the world around us.
Georgia Tech students enjoy $10 tickets and faculty/staff receive a 20% discount when they visit the Ferst Center Box Office, Monday-Friday 11 a.m. - 5 p.m.
