Georgia Tech Arts Skyline Series | Music/Discussion
Monday, March 29, 2021 at 7:00 p.m.
On Stage at the Ferst Center for the Arts

Michael Mwenso joyfully guides you through the powerful gifts buried deep within Black Roots music and demonstrates how he actively listens to music, alone and as a community. Through this exploration of recorded music, we learn to understand that Black Roots music contains the Black experience, embodying the spirit and memory of a people that weave together traditions of the African diaspora with expressions in the U.S., the Americas and beyond.

Admission is free. Please reserve your seat through the "Buy Now" button. Please note, this event is taking place inside at the Ferst Center for the Arts, not outside on the Skyline Stage.
